Cancelations + Rescheduling
>48 hour notice will be noted.. I understand things come up. Too many changes in the future will be frowned upon.
>24 hour notice will be 50% of the service amount. Again… I know some things a hard to predict but my time is valuable.
> less than 24 hours or no show will be 100% of the service amount.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not provide enough notice, I miss the opportunity to get another guest in that spot who are waiting to get in.
