Just a little about me.....

Hello! My name is Skylar. I am a 30 year old dog mom to my rescue Brantley and Im from Nashville, TN.
Over the last 2 years I have brought myself back from my lowest point physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.
During my journey, I felt very isolated and alone most of the time. Now that I'm on the other side, I want to share my journey with others.
A year ago I was introduced to Isagenix by one of my best friends, who has had her own life changing journey. She like I, had a very low point in her life.
After watching her journey, I realized that a part of my healing could only come from nourishing my physical self and giving it the love and support that I was giving my mental, spiritual, and financial selves.
Isagenix has given me the balance that I need in my health. It's taught me that being healthy doesn't have to be complicated or take up all my mental energy. It can be simple and balanced.
