How to Book

Here’s how to book with me.

Your message should look like this..
Full name:
Date/time:
Nail inspo pic : add attachment

You must send your nail inspo picture a few days before your appointment.
You cannot change your nail inspo the day before or the day of your appointment.

If your nail inspo is NOT sent before your appointment I will assume your getting a solid color.

Once your date and time is confirmed, I will ask for you to send your deposit.

Deposits Required /Traveling Fee

A $10 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. It goes towards your remaining balance.

No same day nor holding spots.

Must be deposit ready, no deposit sent within 30 mins your appointment will be canceled.

Traveling Fee:
$10-15 (depending on location) will be totaled into your remaining balance.

When traveling to you please respond to the “I am here text” within 5 mins; failure to do so will result in appointment being canceled.

When coming to you please send your address after paying your deposits.

Coming to me the location will be sent after paid deposits (gate code will be sent the night before)

Payments

• Cash (exact) optional for paying remaining balance on the day of service.

Policies / cancellations

A 24 hr confirmation will be sent out to ensure you of your appointment. No confirmation saying yes to your appointment will be canceled.

Cancellations:
Please inform me 24/48 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel.
Failure to do so will result in a no show & deposit will be forfeited.

If you are considered a no show, no further bookings will happen.

Late Fees/ Rescheduling

A $10 late fee will be applied after 5 mins.
10 mins late will result to rescheduling for another appointment. Deposits will be forfeited. Future bookings will require a new deposit.

Rescheduling:
Is allowed 1x. Must notify me 72 hrs or sooner before appointment.

Friendly Reminder

Please arrive with bare nails.
I do not work over or remove foreign work.
I also do not work on damaged or bruised nail beds.

I do NOT like to be rushed. Please plan accordingly as sets can take up to 2-3 hrs DEPENDING on your design.

During your service please avoid touching your phone, mask, face to avoid any cross contamination, lint, or smudges on your nails to have a flawless look.

After your service you have a 5 day grace period to notify me if there are any problems with your set. If it was a mistake on my behalf please contact me as soon as possible.
