Sleep Pici Baby follows the Baby Led Sleep approach.

What is the Baby Led Sleep Approach?

It is a holistic attachment based approach to sleep that supports the natural developmental process. I will educate you on what normal sleep looks like, help you to make changes, identify any red flags & help you get the support that you need. It is not sleep training nor is it a quick fix. It is a unique process rather than a specific technique.
I will never ask you to let your baby cry it out or to go against what feels right for you & your baby.

My name is Tara, I am a mom of two incredible little humans who are 18 months apart! A dog mom, a wife and professionally I am a registered dental hygienist certified in adult education.
After having babies of my own, I knew very early on that my career would take a turn and have something to do with babies! I love all things about babies, their development fascinates me!
I didn’t do any form of sleep training with either of my babies. I followed my intuition when it came to sleep. When I came across the baby led sleep and well-being specialist certification it was a very easy decision to become certified. I completed my training through Isla Grace baby led sleep and wellbeing certification.

I would love to support you on your journey by empowering you to trust your instincts, lean into your intuition so that you feel confident & enjoy spending time with your baby developing a strong attachment.

How Does It Work?

Together we will discover the root causes of the sleep disruptor & make sure there are no underlying issues causing more wakes. Every child’s temperament & family’s circumstances are unique, I will never dish out a generic one size fits all sleep schedule or step by step plan. I will help you create a realistic plan that feels right for you moving forward that works for your family to optimize your baby’s & family’s sleep.

To be honest unless there are underlying medical conditions, most sleep issues are not about sleep at all.

You will learn a lot through out this process and leave with a different mindset than when you started.
