My highest value, my VISION in life is to BE FREE to LIVE in full FREEDOM and my passion has always been HEALTH.

I started my “health” journey in 2007 when I became a personal trainer, and since then I’ve always had my VISION of Freedom, and I know now the meaning of the name I chose for my business ~ Free to Live ~ 🩵
It’s my compass, my guidning star 💫

and in November of 2023 I heard the calling very clearly, the beginning of something new…the co-creation and the spreading of Liquid Light to the world 🌎 from the island of Madeira 🙏🏼
