Hey yall

Safe spaces for people of all genders to explore kind awareness of their bodies. That’s what I’m about.

I am a Reiki Master with ~ 5 years experience

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with ~ 2.5 years experience

I am also a Certified Ashiatsu Practitioner (massaging with the feet :D) although I am not able to offer that at my private practice currently.

A question many people seem interested in is why I decided to get into the healing arts. The truth is I went through a period of debilitating chronic illness (POTS syndrome) as a teenager. I became attuned in energy healing to heal myself and from that point on I kept on learning.

This is such an expansive field that keeps on sharing deeper insights with me of the nature of movement in our bodies and the gentle ease of harmony.

I love the paradox of the most yielding force also being the strongest! This philosophy is a key part of my work along with a client centered approach. I get the most joy from seeing people feel empowered and safe in their bodies.
