Work with me
Let’s get creative
Hi, I’m Lauren - the heart behind Sol Life Collective. I’m a barefoot, coffee-fueled mum who loves raising kids, lifting weights, learning through nature, and sharing the beauty in everyday life. Through real storytelling and a warm, sun-soaked vibe, I create UGC that feels raw, relatable, and human. My passion lies in helping brands connect with their audience in a way that’s both genuine and joyful.
