Hi I’m Sonja, creator of Wellbeing Rituals - little daily practices for self love.

I’ve been a yoga teacher for nearly 20 years and I’m obsessed with the ways we can self soothe our mind, body and soul.

Working with breathwork, yoga, meditation and many forms of bodywork, we can create an internal environment within ourselves to allow our innate body intelligence to harmonise and heal.

Wellbeing Rituals are little daily practices built on a foundation of simple Breathwork, Movement, Stillness and Bodywork to cultivate acts of self love everyday.

My dream is that by helping us each remember how to return to love within ourselves, we’ll return to love outside of ourselves. This is the world I dream of for my children.
