go to ar filter (section:hot) scroll until you see the filter “Mean Girls”

search up the filter “pixie dust and save your video
then search up the filter “ethereal” once you find it put it on your video and save the video

exposure - 50
contrast - 25
sharpen - 25
blur - 11
filters
lollipop #1 tap on the filter and put the filter to 50 and sharpen to 25
effects
stardust tap on it and put scatter to 100 and scale to 42, everything else at 0

after you’ve done that you have your colored video! <3
