About

Tell the world what you’re made of

I am a native of Augusta, GA. I have been a makeup artist for three years.
I have always loved all things beauty and fashion and dabbled a little in art or drawing. I never really had an interest in being a makeup artist but I remember standing in the bathroom doorway watching my mom in awe as she got ready for work with her Fashion Fair Foundation, blue eyeshadow, and cherries jubilee lipstick. My interest was only in doing makeup on myself. In 2015 I reached out to a local makeup artist about taking a private class for myself and she turned it into a private makeup artist class with a model. I had no idea I would be taking clients 30 days later and the following year I would see my work in a major national magazine Black Hair Sophisticates magazine. Later my work with grace the cover of the July 2016 CurlBox, a natural hair subscription service. In 2017 I was given the opportunity to work with Grammy award-winner Lalah Hathaway for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival.
I pride myself in never taking my client out of her comfort zone and "enhancing a pretty she already has. I have a special interest in educating girls about age appropriate makeup..."less is so much more." I especially love catering to brides for their special day!
I am continuously learning. I have taken classes from celebrity makeup artist such as Danielle Irene Brown, Alexandra Butler, Sam Fine, Renny Vasquez, Michela Wariebi, and Mali(King Mali Magic) Thomas.
I am always looking for new and better ways to stay on top of current makeup trends while giving clients classic beauty that never looks dated.
