Starryfox—Starry for short—is a queer disabled witch and fandom elder, having published their first fanfiction online in the early 2000s. They currently write under the handle “lucianlibrarian”; their fandoms include, but aren’t limited to, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Sailor Moon, Revolutionary Girl Utena, The Slayers, Fullmetal Alchemist, Genshin Impact, and both the Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda franchises (particularly XV and Skyward Sword, respectively).

A passionate advocate for accessibility and disability rights, Starryfox is the creator of the PDF/UA (Universal Accessibility) Notes for Zine Makers, They’ve also served as Layout Moderator for Incandescent: An IgNoct Happily Ever After Zine and Compilation Moderator for Stolen Moments: An NSFW IgNoct Zine, ensuring both projects were accessible. Their FFXV pieces have appeared in several zines, and a limited edition of their IgNoct sonnets is available for purchase.
