Our vision is a culture of epic entrepreneurship in Shasta County, California. Starting and growing a business is hard for many reasons, but the most cited revolve around feelings of loneliness, frustration, and burn out. We believe community is the answer! Building the most supportive startup community in the world means challenging our community to contribute to each other’s successes through shared connection, resources, opportunities, and inspiration. We all want each other to succeed and when we can help we will.

Our meetups are hosted the third Thursday of each month in downtown Redding. The exact venue can change from month to month. This depends on the availability of the businesses that offer their space to our community,

Our startup sessions are for entrepreneurs at all stages of the journey. It’s a time to connect, get feedback, and be inspired by all the amazing people and projects being built in our region. To provide structure we’ve designed a 12-month curriculum that covers taking your business from idea to reality. With that said, our community provides feedback and direction toward specific topics. It doesn’t matter if you’re currently in the idea stage or established with enough money to fill a swimming pool, this community has something for you.

Our monthly startup sessions are 100% free! We also host bigger and grander events throughout the year that we sell tickets to. Startup Games and Venture Conference are two examples of
