I’m a Writer, I’m a Creator, I’m a Comedian, I’m a Coach, I’m a Dreamer, and I’m a Woman on a Mission to spread JOY, Dammit!

My greatest passion is creative authentic expression, and my purpose is to challenge what’s “normal” to discover what’s possible. To choose change via the vehicle of radical self acceptance, and best of all, I am in love with sharing it all with the World through my Written work, Speaking engagements and Coaching sessions.
