那時我決定給健身一次機會
從那刻起健身改變了我的一生
到現在已經8年了
我還是一樣熱衷於這個可以盡情享受美食
又可以維持體態的生活方式

Hi, my name is Stephanie! 😊
Ever since I was young I was always very insecure about my body and physical appearance. As a result; I used to do cardio exercises all the time and even basically starved myself to try and look like that “idea” “skinny” image. This obviously wasn’t healthy and I eventually got bulimia. A change needed to happen not just for my mind but for my body. From that point on I decided to give proper fitness and weight training a real shot. That decision was made 8 years ago and till this day I am as passionate as ever about proper nutrition, fitness, and a positive lifestyle. If your just like me and love great food, working out, staying healthy, and enjoying life while maintaining a great body, then follow my steps and let’s continue this evolution together!
