I love everything about the Peloton app! I’ve tried a lot of at-home workout options, and nothing is as complete and afforable as the Peloton app. A great variety of Cardio, Strength, Recovery, Yoga, + Meditation! I do the cycling and running classes on my own non-Peloton equipment, and use my own dumbbells for strength classes. Please note- you must use the All-Access Membership if you have a Peloton Bike or Treadmill.
