Hiiii👋👋👋🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

I'm married and a mom to two amazing boys! All theses boys keep me busy and sometimes drive me crazy ( or to drink 🍷🍷🥂🥂) oh and im a dog mom too! We have 2 very LARGE and lovable mastiffs. One is still a puppy and ones is my old lady.

Between taking care of a household, working from home (I also do hair from a salon in my own home 💇‍♀️💇‍♀️💈💈❤️❤️) it's hard to find time to do anything, let alone time for myself.

My weight, self-esteem, and overall well-being always was last. I had good weeks, bad weeks, good months, bad months, good years, bad years you name it I've been there. I was heavy before kids.

I put weight on with each kid, I also lost weight in between both pregnancies and also gain half of it back......So I've been there. I've hated my body and how I felt.

A friend introduce me to these amazing products that have helped me find me again...

So I just had to share them! It's helped me with sleep, and push me though a plateau in my weight loss. Also they just made my body feel sooooo much better! She opened my eyes to something I don't think I ever would have known about if she hadn't shared.

Soooooooooo after my rambling introduction. I want to share with you what I have learned and I want you to know that I'm here to help anyway that I can. And support you through anything you need to help YOU feel better.

I UNDERSTAND.. Just know we're all here for different reasons but ultimately want similar goals.
