About the event
We will begin this special evening with a ceremonial cacao drink and opening circle in the beautiful Itzana Beach. Together we'll take a mindful guided pranayama and meditation practice to help us reconnect body and mind in preparation for our Sacred Cacao Ceremony. Gathered around the tropical fire pits we'll prepare our sacred intentional space before enjoying the ancient tradition of ceremonial Cacao. After the we drank our cacao drink we will move through a gentle, body-loving, slow flow designed to open our hearts to receive the benefits of the Cacao and ease us into a blissfully supported savasana (deep relaxation). We will end our evening together with a closing circle, grounding yummi dinner and feeling totally blissed out. A perfect start to the weekend!
“I love cacao ceremonies because they're a beautiful way to raise your energy and connect to your heart. The cacao spirit is powerful and loving, and when you drink it with intention and gratitude, it can help you tap into your own inner power and wisdom."
Meet Steph (Eucalipto Yoga Studio)
Yoga is all about feeling in, and not judging yourself.
Hola! I am Steph, Psychologist, yoga and meditation teacher, and founder of Eucalipto Yoga Studio, Mama Probiotics & Cacao Ceremony Belize. I began practicing yoga 14 years ago in Guatemala and started to teach after moving to Belize in 2012. I am passionate about the ways in which Yoga helps us to understand, accept, love, and respect ourselves and each other. What I love most about the practice is the opportunity it gives us to transcend the physical body to find peace and happiness.
I have the honor to facilitate cacao ceremonies in Leeds and the first ones in Placencia. I love to share my roots and this plant medicine.
