At the age of 22, I finally feel like I’m in a stage of my life where I have the most control over the food I eat, the way I spend my time, and the people I surround myself with. Most importantly, I’m in a mental state where I’m ready to embrace a growth mindset and become the healthiest version of me!
While I could have embarked on this journey privately, I’ve found that sharing my goals and progress with others tends to increase my likelihood of success. Additionally, who doesn’t love to share their healthy recipes, tips on how to destress, and skincare finds with their friends?
