A Stranger Down the Hall is about living with roommates or strangers (as we call them) in New York City. You will hear about some believable--yet sometimes horrifying--experiences. If you're considering living with roommates in New York or any other major metropolitan area, this is the podcast for you. You'll find out that you're not alone in your roommate trauma.

The show delivers very honest yet comedic conversations between two lovely Black women with different perspectives at times but shared understanding around the rules of engagement for living with strangers.

Producing the show has been an ad-hoc learning experience, as Alaisha Key and Lindiwe Davis are podcast newbies, but are currently professionals at executive producing content. We recorded two episodes before everything shut down because of COVID-19, and now we're self-recording remotely. Follow us on this journey.
