Why did I create Strength by Pole (SBP)?
I’ve been going to the gym longer than I’ve been Pole Dancing. I’ve always led a healthy and fit lifestyle but Pole Dancing had given “working out” a real purpose.
I lift weights to do an Iron X, I go for runs to successfully get through a class routine and I do ab exercises 3 x a week to do an invert.
It all comes in hand-in-hand and from experience it has built my confidence, strength and how I look & treat my body.
This is what SBP is here for, to help you achieve your pole & fitness goals through exercises that you can do at the convenience of your home, at pole or at the gym.
It’s a training program to help develop you as a stronger, better and healthier Pole Dancer!

My recent win at Floorplay Sydney meant a lot to me.
