As a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer, I work with clients to improve their quality of life through guided programs to increase strength & mobility, enhance movement & performance, and decrease ongoing pain. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to take your health back into your own hands!

Private Coaching

60 minute one-on-one or doubles sessions. Offered on a single session basis. 5-session and 10-session packages also available.

Active Rehabilitation (ICBC)

60-minute rehabilitation sessions post-MVA as covered through ICBC.
