Mandatory temperature checks
Thermal guns are being used to check temperatures of our staff, as well as delivery boys that come with yoru food to you. Anyone with a temperature above 99.1°F is being told to stay home, rest and recover.
Sanitization every 4 hours
A complete and thorough scrub-down of chairs, tables, doorknobs, counter-tops and sinks is being done at outlets every four hours. Thus ensuring the cleanliness of any possible touch-point.
Hand-wash stations
A handwashing facility is set up at the pick up point, so delivery partners can practise safe hand hygiene when picking up your order.
Safe packaging
All orders are packed (even those with single containers or meal trays) in an outer bag, so that the food container does not come into direct contact with anyone during transit.
Use of protective gear
All personnel involved in food preparation practise safe, sanitary food handling and wear masks.
Staff safety
Any staff member who feels ill or exhibits symptoms associated with COVID-19 has been told to stay home, until cleared from a doctor or till after their quarantine period.
