Hello beauties! I’m Samantha, the owner and a stylist at Studio Twenty-Eight. I’ve been in the business for 15 years, in recent years taking my love for hair to the next level. Color is my specialty and I throughly enjoy creating looks that work for each guest and their lifestyle.

Aside from the salon life, my true love is being a mama. I have two amazing kids that light up my world and keep me pushing for more out of life.

Alicia Pfeffer

Hi, everyone! My name is Alicia, but everyone calls me Lish. I have always loved everything about the beauty industry and making those around me look and feel their best. I am passionate about color and using my skills to empower my clients while creating a safe and inclusive space for you to be yourself!

Other than being a stylist, my other favorite titles include being a fur mama, auntie, and wifey!

Booking and canceling appointments

What’s the best way to do both?

The best way to book an appointment is by sending a message directly to Studio Twenty-Eight’s Instagram or Facebook page. Please allow up to 48hrs for a reply.

All new guests are required to pay a $50 deposit for color services. This amount will be taken off your total at the end of your appointment. It’s also appreciated that new clients send inspiration photos along with photos of your hair currently so I can properly book the appointment.

If you shall ever need to cancel an appointment please do so immediately, but a 24hr notice is required. You may contact the same way to cancel as you do to book.

Arriving on time for appointments is extremely important. Guest that arrive 10 minutes or later for appointments will be asked to reschedule. In the event a guest no call no shows for their appointment, they will bo longer be able to book future appointments.

All prices are starting points

All pricing is a starting point and will increase depending on overall desired look, and amount of product used. Cost estimates can be given prior to service dates, but please remember they are only estimates and can change once service is completed.

Paying for services

Currently, cash and check are the best payment options. I encourage you to ask estimated pricing when booking appointments. Please note prices given before services will only be an estimate. Final costs can’t be fully determined until an in person consultation is preformed and or service is provided.

No refunds on services

As always, clients being satisfied with their experience and services from the salon is top priority. There are no refunds on any services given, or gift card purchases. In the event you are not satisfied with your finished look, I encourage you to tell your stylist right away. We will do what we can to resolve the issue, but refunds will not be given.

At home hair care

What should I be doing between services?

At home hair care is a must and should be a top priority in order to not only maintain your color, but also to keep your hair healthy and in the best shape possible.

I can’t stress enough how your color will not stay as it is when you leave your appointment without proper care at home. Using quality products and having healthy hair habits you will get longevity from your color, but also maintain the integrity and health of your precious locks. I always suggest talking with me about the products that are best for you, and have them available in the salon or for delivery to your home.
