I am soon to be 28. A hairstylist full time, decor addict part time. Engaged to my person. I have furbabies. A wonderful, supportive family. I am blessed.
I have always had a love for home decor, makeovers, DIY’s, everything home related. Even as a little kid I would wake up at 7am to watch Trading Spaces on TLC! (Who else remembers this show? The best back then.)
I have a vision and then I turn it into a reality. It’s so fun and therapeutic to see a space truly come to life. I created my new Instagram @styledby_laurenmarie to share strictly home related posts! This new “hobby” has been so enjoyable!

This book is a life changing, motivational read written by Tony Robbins. This is a self-help book that breaks down how you can achieve and how you can use your mental and physical tactics to accomplish your goals in life.
Down to Earth
Lauren Liess is a decorator, textile and furniture designer, and founder of the popular design blog Pure Style Home. She and her husband now star in the new HGTV show, Best House on the Block.
