I’m Stephanie, fondly known as SunFlower or Sunny. I love all things natural and I’m a huge fan of preventative care. I love making elixirs and herbal remedies that get to the root of the cause and actually take care of the problem.

Sexy skin always starts with what you ingest and it’s no secret that the body can and will heal itself with proper nutrition.

With all this COVID madness going on, natural remedies are on the rise. Naturally with my Caribbean background and my love of cooking, herbal elixirs/remedies become my go-to when I’m sick. They aid in helping me feel better. I’m definitely not a doctor (yet), nor do I claim to be.
