When you make people and you don’t think there’s going to be time for you to put in a workout!

My recommendation is to start with a 10-15 min workout. This is why!…

You want to feel accomplished by the end of your day. So many things won’t get done. As much as you put yourself after everything else. So set aside a minimum of 10 minutes for yourself to do a mini workout. I just want you to see that if you decide, it can happen. Because your number one priority should be to take care of yourself first. Because if you start from you, then the rest will come through. You’ll be able to care for others way better. Believe me, I’ve been on both sides & I prefer to stay where I take care of my body first. So Super Mom, lets do it!! (Always consult a doctor before starting a workout regimen)
