Since October 2019 we have been on a mission to provide you our customers with the best experience possible when you order with us at Sushime by Salome.

Bringing all the flavours, scents and vibrant colors each week, filling your mouth with tastes so exquisite, all your problems melt away just for those few minutes!

Our owner and head chef, Salome, has worked in some of the top restaurants in Barbados for over 8 years and has been a chef for over 10 years.

Opening Sushime was a way to be expressive and creative in a way that a rigid work schedule plus the environments of workplaces wouldn't allow.

This in turn pushed her into exploring more about herself and just how much she had to offer the public through her creations.
