Bringing joy through movement to active agers is my passion
I work with an active aging (55+) community all online to help motivate, inspire & celebrate the little wins of everyday mobility! Parkinsons friendly & first timers encouraged.
Maybe your grandparents haven’t been moving as much as they should lately and you’re concerned. Or maybe they move one day and then are stagnant the next…in need of an accountability crew.
I ask a “Question of the day” before each class that comes out weekly on my newsletters. We spend time chatting, catching up and learning more about one another every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12PM CST.
