WEDDING PLANNING
$7,000.00

For the couple who just got engaged & is ready to create their dream wedding day! We will be there from the very beginning to guide you every step of the way. This includes but is not limited to:

- Researching, finding and booking your perfect wedding vendors (including venue if applicable)
- Create your vision for your wedding and bring it to life exactly as you imagined
- Manage all incoming emails and quotes as we sort through which vendors are right for you
- Act as your liaison between vendors to help review and guide you through contracts and all important decisions, be there to be your advocate in meetings and walkthroughs
- Create and manage timeline of when vendors should be booked, save the dates and invitations sent, payments need to be made, and details need to be finalized; we will always be there to keep you on track!
- Aid in creating and managing your wedding budget
- Invitation & RSVP management
- Master Timeline creation
- Coordinate & run wedding rehearsal
- Wedding planning services include day of coordinating

HONEYMOON MODE

Perfect if you’re heading straight for your honeymoon or just want some time to relax together. Throw all those post wedding responsibilities on us! We will store your gifts & decor, mail your marriage license, mail your bouquet to be preserved, etc.

Please note, the client will be responsible for shipping cost.

PARTIAL PLANNING
$5,000.00

For the couple who has a bit of a head start. You’ve picked your venue and have some of your vendors booked, but you need us to pull together the pieces and bring your day to life. This service includes all of the intensive services we offer in full planning, however since you are hiring us further in the process, we will pick up where you left off. Partial planning also includes rehearsal and day of coordinating.

Perfect if you’re heading straight for your honeymoon or just want some time to relax together. Throw all those post wedding responsibilities on us! We will store your gifts & decor, mail your marriage license, mail your bouquet to be preserved, etc.

DAY OF COORDINATING
$2,500.00

Your wedding is planned but you’d like someone to take over all of the fine details on the day of so you & your loved ones can sit back and enjoy your special day.

- Venue walkthrough & unlimited amount of meetings with us prior to your big day
- Open line of communication with us via phone, text, and email
- Coordination with vendors prior to and day of wedding
- Pre wedding storage and transportation to the venue of all items needed for the venue, ie. any decor, signage, programs, etc.
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal
- Attend to wedding party & family (if applicable) the entire day of wedding
- Execute your timeline and decor plan exactly as you imagined it, keep everything organized and on track
- Be responsible for all day of tasks, ie. tipping out your vendors & keeping your gifts safe at the end of the night
- Coordinate wedding party and guest transportation
- Attend to any unforeseen situations that may occur on wedding day (for example, go pick up the groomsmen’s forgotten ties…)

MASTER TIMELINE CREATION
$500.00

Pulling together the master timeline of your day can be a very time consuming and tedious job. We will step in to compile all of your vendors timelines, create the perfect wedding day schedule (with your approval), and distribute it to all necessary parties.
