FAQ’s
Booking & Deposits
To secure your date we require a $50 nonrefundable deposit($100 for bounce castle) Your deposit will be applied to your total balance. The remaining balance will be due no later than 2 days prior to your event date to avoid cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit towards a different date if you need to reschedule, as long as there is availability, and a timely notice was given.
Castle Details
Our Modern, Luxury Bounce Castles are the perfect statement piece for any event! Modern, stylish & FUN! The PERFECT insta-worthy photo-op!
We can set up on grass,asphalt,concrete, carpet and most indoor venues. Sorry, we CAN NOT set up on any type of rocks or dirt.
Please note, it is the client’s responsibility to make sure proper permissions are arranged (if at a venue or park) and that there is enough room for the bounce house you selected to fit. If your party is indoors, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is also enough ceiling clearance.
Rental Times
We will set up your bounce house at least one hour prior to your event.
We understand that most of our clients have balloons/personalizations added to the rentals which requires setup time for the balloon vendors/ decorators.
Cleaning Fee/Damages
A $150 refundable damage security deposit/ cleaning fee is required. This deposit is refundable if/when all rentals are returned with no damages and clean. If rentals are damaged or dirty upon pickup, this deposit will be retained.

There is space on the top part so our customers have the option to customize it to every event by adding a name or phrase with removable vinyl / stickers , flowers/greenery or decorate with balloons.
We can custom paint this item any color you’d like for an additional $75 per color.

Yes, we travel! We will go anywhere you’d like! As long as you pay for delivery.
Our delivery / set up fee depends on mileage. We are located in Dallas , zip code 75137. Our delivery fee rates are listed so you can get an idea of cost. For a more specific delivery fee quote, we would need the event location address.
