Advance booking and online payment only. Your order is considered booked only when a non refundable downpayment of half the cost is paid.
Your final payment must be made two weeks before your event.

- two weeks in advance for regular packaging.

- book one month in advance for delux packaging or customized gold foil stickers as these items have to be ordered and shipped.

Choose from the following options.
Minimum order 10 boxes.
Maximum order 50 boxes.
Cookies and cupcakes per. dozen.
$250 for vanilla
$300 for chocolate or other flavours.

CAKE SLICES WITH FROSTING
-10 boxes of a single slice same flavour with wax seal $400.00

-10 boxes of single slice same flavour with gold foil stickers $600.00

-10 boxes of 3 slices, different flavours $600.00

-10 boxes of 3 slices of different flavours with special packaging
$800.00

-10 Delux boxes of 3 slices of different flavours with Gold foil stickers
$1200.00

-Only the $500 delux box is available in a single box option.
It comes with 6 different flavoured slices and different colour options.
-Ask for delux box sets that come in sets of 5 or 6 boxes as cost varies.

At Sweet Tokens we book customers on a pay first, advance booking system.
All payments should be made online.
We prefer to operate cashless.
This means you pay half the cost one month in advance and the remaining balance two weeks before your event for large orders,
50 to 100.
For regular orders, 12 or under 50, full payment should be made two weeks before your event.

REFUNDS
Half of your full payment will be refunded only if your order is canceled 7 days before your event and *materials were not bought for regular orders only.
Large orders, half of your full payment will only be refunded if your order is canceled 14 days before your event and *materials were not already bought.
*Materials bought will be kept as payment for time, energy and gas used up to get them.

CAKE DAMAGE
No refunds on cakes damaged by customers after delivery is made.
Always check your cake before taking it out of our hands.

Choose between $50 cash back or free delivery on your next order for cakes that may be slightly damaged during transport.

Full cost will be refunded to you on cakes badly damaged by us during transport.

NATURAL DISASTERS/FLOODS ETC.
Your order will be delivered only when it is safe for us to do so, you will be notified if floods etc. prevent us from delivering your cake on time.
No refunds for things that occur out of our human control.
Accidents etc.
We do not deliver to "hot spot" or unsafe areas.

All bookings must be made at least two months in advance. Your order is "booked" after half the cost is received. Balance to be paid one week before the delivery date.
