Hello! My name is Sydney and I’m so excited you’re interested in starting, or continuing, your fitness journey with me!!

A bit about myself: I’m 23 years old and live among the cornfields in Iowa, born and raised! :) I work for a soccer team and coordinate all their youth programming! Let me tell you, nothing is cuter than seeing little 3 and 4 year olds trying to kick a soccer ball around :)

I’ve always been active but always struggled with the tough cycle of starting and stopping. I hit a point where I was ready to stop that and become more consistent with my health!!! Cue the decision to become a coach! I found this would be the best way to stay accountable and being able to help others along the way?? Count me in!!
