When I first started this journey, it was TERRIFYING to take the first step, but I found a coach that was there for me, every step of the way. Even so, there were so many times I wanted to quit.
I was the mom that came and left the gym within 10 minutes with my toddler, kicking and screaming, while the other mom glared at me because our boys didn’t exactly get along...
So many times, I wanted to skip the gym, feeling overwhelmed with life, since my other half would be away for a month at a time.
I’d find myself on the gym floor bawling my eyes out because working out was my only release of frustration.
OH, and when your trying SO hard to eat healthy and your husband comes home with burgers, chips, and ALL the things you KNOW you shouldn’t be eating..
Trust me, momma, I get it!
If you’ve ever looked at another woman and thought “I could never look like that, why bother trying?” you’re definitely not alone. But I’m here to tell you this; each and every body, and journey is different. But let me promise you this; once you start to show up, consistently, for your body, your body will show up for you. You will find the strength you always dreamed of, because guess what?

I know how hard it is to stay motivated, and easy it is to feel hopeless, which is why I have a private online community for program members. This group will be your second home. A place to ask questions, get answers, and build lifelong friendships with people who actually GET you.
