One of my favorite go-to salads when I am in a time crunch for lunch! Filled with delicious ingredients including crunchy pumpkin seeds & a delicious jalapeño caesar dressing 😋

This one pretty much speaks for itself. They are delicious! And way less in calories compared to your regular sour cream and onion chips.

Brussels Sprouts

Another staple in my house. These are so good drizzled in olive oil, salt, pepper and baked on a sheet @ 400° for 35-40 ish minutes. Perfect for a side dish!

One of my favorites. This is awesome added to chickpea pasta or cauliflower gnocchi!
