Working with a Health, Wellness, Lifestyle Coach

What is the process?

It’s a collaboration process & journey. The client is in the driver’s seat. Your coach acts like a guide or GPS. Your coach guides by asking key questions, supporting with relevant resources, and providing accountability.

The journey starts by first figuring out where you want to go (visioning) and plotting the steps that make sense to help get you there. If there is more than one goal/destination, we prioritize so we’re heading toward the most important things first.

Client & coach work together to reroute amidst roadblocks & overcome challenges along the way. Once there is steady momentum toward the goal/destination we can set-up “cruise control” with check-ins to make sure healthy momentum is maintained. And, we celebrate when destinations/goals are reached! 👏🏻👏🏻 👏🏻
