Do you ever feel like you’re living mindlessly day to day, just going through the motions?

Yep. That was me in a nutshell.

The question “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” made me sweat and go into panic mode.
Because the truth was, I had absolutely NO idea. I would just play it off like that was okay, and that things would just “work out” or “happen” for me. I was just waking up everyday (barely), going to my (mediocre) big girl job, settling for (less than acceptable) income, and coming home (exhausted) to just go to bed, wake up, and go through all the motions again the next day.

I was lost. Confused. I knew mediocre was not the life I wanted, but I just felt so stuck. Stuck in my job. Stuck in my routine. Stuck being unhappy. Stuck hating the way I looked and felt. I felt like I had tried it all, and was out of options. I felt like there was nothing that could or would work for me.

So I just gave up.

And that’s the sad, honest, truth.

Ok I’ll just say it... I was what you call a “Closet Watcher”

You know? A closet watcher.

The people who are just watching.
Watching others change their lives.
Watching others find their happiness.
Watching others get results.

Watching and convincing themselves that it couldn’t work for them. That they couldn’t possibly get those kinds of results. Not wanting to be “that girl”. Being afraid of what others would think.

NEWS FLASH SIS ☞︎ It CAN & WILL work for you. Whatever your “it” is.
But you have to truly, honestly believe that it will.

I KNOW it will work for you... Because I was all those things. And one day (August 24th, to be exact), I took the leap, and just did the damn thing. And I haven’t looked back.

Quit whining.
Quit making excuses.
Quit quitting on yourself.

I want you to imagine the highest, best version of yourself.
Now start showing up as her..

Every. Single. Day.

Ok Tam, come on, just tell me already... How did you do it?

I got into a routine of 3 simple steps every single morning, all done in the first 20 minutes of my day.

And thats it. The rest is history.

I know what you’re thinking
“Really? That can’t just be it.”

But in all reality, it is. Just these 3 steps every morning brought my confidence back. My mental clarity. Helped me get my weight under control. I watched all the medical problems I was having as a healthy 25 year old dissipate... I started to feel alive again. I wasn’t just going through the motions anymore.. I had the energy I needed to get through my day. My mood changed drastically. My anxiety and depression resided to manageable levels. I didn’t hit a wall at 2pm.

The term “Life Changing” doesn’t even do it justice.
“Life Saving” is more like it.

And if you need some “Life Saving”, you’ve come to the right place babe.
