I got into a routine of 3 simple steps every single morning, all done in the first 20 minutes of my day.

But in all reality, it is. Just these 3 steps every morning brought my confidence back. My mental clarity. Helped me get my weight under control. I watched all the medical problems I was having as a healthy 25 year old dissipate... I started to feel alive again. I wasn’t just going through the motions anymore.. I had the energy I needed to get through my day. My mood changed drastically. My anxiety and depression resided to manageable levels. I didn’t hit a wall at 2pm.
The term “Life Changing” doesn’t even do it justice.
“Life Saving” is more like it.
