Is with enormously honour and pride that I am finally launching my coaching business.
.
This is something that I've been studying and practicing for years and now I finally decided to take the advise from professionals and my two soul sisters Diana Grant and Olga Geidane (check my launch post on my Instagram profile @tania.fit.sbz) and I am taking it to the next level.

I wanted to launch this on my 35th birthday which is in 2 weeks but I couldn't wait any longer!!!
.
With all the uncertainty that its going on in the world I felt the need of putting it out there now, and that way I will be able to help more people earlier.

Coaching, supporting, guiding, leading, helping, pushing, motivating and valuing people has always been my passion, and this year I discovered that is actually more than passion, it is my MISSION!
.
I helped many people already, in fact its what I've been doing all my life and the satisfaction of seeing them transforming, and finding their trueself along with joy and happiness is unexplainable.
.
So today I am committing to help and assist any men and women that are feeling depressed, unworthy, unloved, unhappy, stucked, hopeless, having difficulties on finding their purpose or that simply wants to improve a certain aspect of their life by finding the bottom line of the situation, changing and adopting some habits, mindset,, practices, life styles and programming in order to transform their lives.

Element #1 - Fire

This element is considered to be the first element that was born when the universe was created. Fire is attributed to transformational and purifying powers. It can give warmth and enable life, and it can also burn and destroy. In the spiritual plane, Fire stands for Light and in the physical plane, it is the Sun or Flame. The element symbolizes incredible energy, activity, creativity, passion, freedom, power, love, vision, anger, strength, will, assertiveness, courage, and dynamism.
It is associated with the Summer season and its corresponding direction is South. The symbolic representation of Fire is a triangle pointing upwards

Element #2 - Water

Water is accorded cleansing power. It is symbolic of dreaming, healing, flowing, fluidity, purification, regeneration, stability, strength, change, fertility, devotion, receiving, and unconditional love. It symbolizes death as well as rebirth. It is life-giving, but can also be destructive. Fresh Water stands for life and good health, while polluted/stagnant Water is symbolic of bad health.
It is associated with the Autumn season and the West direction. An inverted triangle is the symbolic representation of the Water element.

Element #3 - Air

It is associated with the breath of life and attributed with cleansing power. Air symbolizes communication, intelligence, perception, knowledge, learning, thinking, imagination, creativity, harmony, and travel. This source of life can also, at times, become a force of terrible destruction.
Air is associated with the Spring season and its corresponding direction is East. The Air symbol is an upright triangle with a horizontal line going through it.

Element #4 - Earth

The Earth element has cleaning power. It symbolizes prosperity, fertility, stability, orderliness, groundedness, sustenance, creativity, physical abundance, nourishment, solidity, dependability, security, permanence, intuition, introspection, and wisdom.
The season related to Earth is Winter and the associated direction is North. The element is symbolically represented by an inverted triangle with a horizontal line running through it.
