After 20+ years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, I've had ups, downs and a TON of fun. From Disney to professional and college sports, a world class museum, retail, popular nonprofits, unknown nonprofits - I've seen and experienced it all.

After developing career readiness programs for years and experiencing the joys and pains of being a manager, I decided to fulfill my dream of career coaching. I love helping people build confidence, work towards a vision and advocate for themselves.

For those who like credentials, in addition to my work experience, I have a bachelors in speech communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and my coach training comes from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
