Born and raised in Mississippi, Taraja Kashay serves her purpose to inspire others through her writings. After being given the experience of journaling in high school, the small seed began to grow. By the time she completed her first undergraduate semester at The University of Southern Mississippi, she competed and won her first oratorical contest. Afterwhich, the performances became a crucial part of her life’s purpose. She values the expressive arts and instills the same in her students, as she is currently a first grade elementary teacher. Today, she is an aspiring motivational speaker and published author who wants you to know that God makes no mistakes in his design over your life.
