TERMS OF SERVICE

-GENERAL TERMS-

Eligibility: By using my services, you confirm that you are an adult of legal age (18+) and are in compliance with American law regarding the request of potentially graphic/adult content.

Watermark: All commissioned artworks will include my watermark, which may not be removed under any circumstances.

Order Rejection: I reserve the right to reject any commission order that I deem inappropriate or with which I am uncomfortable for any reason.

-PAYMENT-

Currency: All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollars) through Cashapp or Googlepay.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront for all commissions.

-PROCESS AND DELIVERY-

Commission Initiation: I will notify you when I have initiated work on your commission. At this point, refund options become limited (see Refund/Cancellation Policy below).

Review and Modification: During the creative process, we will engage in regular reviews to ensure your satisfaction with the artwork. Modifications can be made during the sketch phase. HOWEVER, once the final sketch is approved and lined, any further modifications will incur an additional charge.

Delivery Time: The completion time for your commission can vary, typically ranging from one week to one month. Factors influencing the timeline include your place in the queue and the complexity of the commissioned piece. If any issues arise that may extend the estimated delivery time, I will promptly inform you.

Digital Delivery: Please note that commissions result in the delivery of a full-resolution digital image. Physical products are not provided.

-COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY-

By commissioning me, you are purchasing the labor of my artistry and a digital copy of the commissioned artwork. I retain all rights to my work, including but not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and use the image or sales or self-promotion. For commercial use, please discuss pricing adjustments with me.

As the buyer, you are allowed to:

• Use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only; no commercial use is allowed unless specifically discussed and agreed upon. Use on Patreon and OnlyFans is permitted at an additional cost of $10 per commission.
• Print the artwork for personal use, but you may not profit from it or sell prints or products featuring the artwork.
• Use the artwork to promote yourself, and while crediting me is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated.
• Incorporate the artwork into your YouTube channel and monetized videos, provided that the artwork is not the primary source of earnings.
• You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other non-commercial digital graphics, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

If you do not want me to publicly post your commission on my social media, please let me know, and I will gladly refrain from doing so.

The following actions are considered copyright infringement:

• Commercial use of the artwork without prior discussion and agreement.
• Claiming the artwork as your creation.
• Removing my signature from the artwork.
• Altering the artwork without my explicit consent.

-REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY-

Once I have commenced work on your commission, refunds are not permitted.

If, for any reason, I am unable to initiate work on your commission, a full refund will be issued.

If you cancel your order before I have begun work on it, you are eligible for a full refund.

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of my services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
