In a 10 ml roller bottle, add
10-15 drops Peppermint
10-15 drops PanAway
5-10 drops Lavender
top with carrier of your choice
Need to bring yourself back to center?
In a 10 ml roller bottle, add
10-15 drops Frankincense
5-10 drops Peace & Calming
top with carrier of your choice
2 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
1 tbsp distilled or purified water
1/8 tsp Vitamin E oil
5 drop Thieves EO
Mix together aloe Vera, vitamin E and Thieves EO
Add a little bit of water to dilute
The texture should be thin and light
Pour into a small bottle and toss in your bag
2 oz glass spray bottle
1/2 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
5 drops Lemon EO
5 drops Thieves EO
1 tsp Witch Hazel
Distilled Water
Mix all ingredients in the glass spray bottle
3 drops Citrus Fresh
2 drops Lemon
4 drops Thieves
2 drops Lemon
1 drop Frankincense
