About
Tayloneei Jackson
I am a rising junior at the University of California, Los Angeles. I study Human Biology and Society with a concentration in Microbiology and a minor in Public Health. I am an aspiring OBGYN who specifically wants to work with low-income/working-class Black women, women in the carceral system, and girls in the foster system.
I currently run two blogs — taystudies.com and tayloneeijackson.com. Tay Studies has a substantial following (120k subscribers) and has a number of school-related resources. Tayloneei Jackson serves as a lifestyle, productivity, pre-med advice, and natural hair blog. I also write pieces related to reproductive justice, my spirituality, and lessons I learned from dating as a young Black woman.
I am the CEO of Aphrodite Accessories. I sell minimalist, bohemian, and abstract jewelry to help support my desires in helping Black and Indigenous mothers. Aphrodite is currently funding my doula training, but I intend on eventually donating 10-15% of my profit to my favorite reproductive justice organizations in California.
My Instagram consists of selfies that look the same and occasional educational slides that will involve Black women in some capacity.
