CANCELLATIONS:

Things come up and life happens, I totally get that! I kindly ask that you try your best to give me a 48 hour notice upon cancellation. If you are to cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment there will be a 25% charge of service. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without a phone call or text will result in 50% charge of the service.

BRIDAL TRIAL - $85
While trials aren’t mandatory, I do recommend doing a trial so we can create your perfect look for your perfect day. Trials allow us to come together with inspiration pictures you love to achieve the look you want and any necessary tweaking that needs to be done etc., we have more time for this during a trial and it always leaves a bride feeling much less stressed! Highly recommend.

• Always, always, ALWAYS use *Professional Hair Care Products*
Products that are sulfate & paraben free are best, if using heat on extensions heat protectant is non-negotiable.

• Make sure to be using in good condition thermal styling tools. If your iron is rusting or old, it’s highly recommended to replace it with a new iron as old tools can change the tone of the extensions.

• Daily oil serums at the ends of your extensions to avoid dryness. Hair masks once a week if necessary.

• SWIM / BEACH hair prep — >
NEVER use sunscreens that contain Avobenzone. This will turn your extensions a pink color. If you can put your hair up and avoid going under chlorinated water this would be best case scenario, as I understand this may not always be possible here are a few simple steps you can do to avoid damaging your extensions while going under water…rinse hair with cold water, apply one of the following options (conditioner, leave-in conditioner or a conditioner hair mask) on the hair and do not rinse, put hair in a braid or low bun.

•Making sure you are always drying your weft line properly, this even includes after gym sweating/using steam or sauna rooms. Make sure weft line is completely dry after to avoid matting and swelling as this will contribute to damage of the extensions. Do NOT ever go to bed with wet hair! You will get severe matting and swelling of the weft line.

• When going to sleep, place your hair in a loose top knot or braid. Sleeping on a silk pillow case will help avoid and keep your hair as frizz free as possible.

• Always supporting the tops and corners of the wefts as this is the foundation and will determine how long your extensions will last you as well as maintaining the health of your hair. Do NOT brush the tops of the wefts where the stitching is, this will cause matting and shedding of the wefts. Instead, place your hand on the weft line and brush bottom to top and *always* avoid the weft line. Separating your hair by row when brushing and washing ensures you are being gentle and not causing unnecessary pulling which can lead to irritation and damage. Brush hair twice a day minimum.

• Do NOT pull your hair into a ponytail into the middle back of your head. This can cause tension on the extensions and your natural hair, keep your hair fully flipped up or wear a low pony.
