This is what made me -
I had just finished up my first semester of nursing school, was stressed with school and work, going through the drive through or honestly not eating because I felt like I didn’t have the time, would make excuses about why I couldn’t go to the gym, but instead would lay in bed and watch Netflix for hours. Fast forward to now, I have found a new love for helping people not only with fitness, but also their nutrition and growing their mindset. What changed?
A year ago, a friend of mine brought me into Lake Michigan Nutrition, and I became obsessed with not only the shakes and tea, but the atmosphere and the people that were working there. I had been struggling with trying to find a gym routine that I could stick too and most of the time ended up just doing cardio, however Lake Michigan Nutrition, introduced me to Hustle and Heart, a group of people focused on women’s empowerment and helping people change their mind, body, and soul.
When I first started I thought it would be like any other diet or workout plan that I had done in the past, but I was wrong. The group was there to support me every step of the way and was there to help hold me accountable to the goals that I had set for myself when I started. At the end of the first challenge I felt amazing. I was feeding my body right, had amazing workouts, and I had a big shift in my mindset - not talking so negatively about myself and had a more positive outlook on things. I wanted to help people be able to feel the way that I was feeling and found out that I could.
Current day, I have now been involved in the community for over a year and it has been the best decision that I have made.
I now get the chance to help not only women but also men become the best version of themselves in whatever way I can, whether that be with fitness, nutrition, mindset, and whatever else I am able to offer.
My personal results
Hey everyone! Taylor here! I really wanted to show you some of my personal results! I’ve been working on living a healthier lifestyle over the past year. I not only have gain a bunch of energy and feel so much better since I am feeding my body with great nutrients! But I have also had a huge mindset shift!
I have learned throughout the journey, is that it’s so much more fun taking others with you and creating a healthier, happier lifestyle together!!

This is Renae! She has been a part of the community for about 2.5 years and has not only been able to lose over 90 lbs but says her favorite thing is , “for sure the community aspect and all the friends/relationships I’ve made! And all the accountability that comes with it💞”

This is David ! He has been a part of the community for about 4.5 years and has not only been able to lose over 100 lbs! His favorite part is “the group accountability & I’m excited to enroll guys into evolve and focus on couples being able to do the challenges together and evolve together!”
This is Livy! The most self loving person in the world! “My favorite thing was I was eating more and fueling my body in ways it needed. I went from 1200-1400 calories to 1800 - 1900 Calories. I was able to lift more in the gym and had so much more energy and while building our soul. Biggest thing I noticed I wasn’t binge eating at night anymore because I was never hungry I was always satisfied. I never skipped meals, even if I wasn’t hungry or was to late at night I skill got it all in!”
