Spinach Walnut Pasta
Healthiest Pasta Recipe
Ingredients, serves 2-3
- Handful of walnuts, or pine nuts
-3 large handfuls of spinach leaves
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, or Parmesan or any
cheese you like
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp salt
Blend them all and mix with Par boiled Pasta.
Since its baby spinach, I don't like to cook it.
Just the blend works for me to have that fresh green flavour.
You can use any type of pasta you fancy.
