My name is Tia and I’m a licensed nail technician in Florida. I’ve been doing nails since I’ve been 17 and I’m 29 now. I love glitter, anything abstract, minimalist nail styles, and sometime a pretty solid color or a nude...with a little glitter. There always has to be glitter ✨.

A definite introvert and a hint of extrovert keeps me balanced 😌.

I honestly feel like my career chose me.
I always wanted to be a nurse but, if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans.
I enjoyed the performing arts growing and spirit week was my favorite at school.
After school, I spent most of my time with my mom at a nail salon where she worked part time and on the weekends with my sister who also is a nail technician. They both made sure I had my own set of tools and products so I wouldn’t mess with theirs.
My friends were and still are willing vessels to be practice dummies anytime I needed a hand. So I got to get practice here and there.
The owner of the salon my mom worked at noticed my potential and asked if I would be interested in going to school for nails funded by her as long as I agreed to work on her salon while I paid her back ( I was in high school at the time).
It has been a journey thus far. Learning my weaknesses and strengths in my craft and on a personal level.
I never knew I needed this in my life. Nor did I know I would be this passionate about it.
Now I just want to share the love.
