TEAM KAZI WAVE.
There comes a time when we must take a position that is neither safe nor politic but one must take it because it is right. The path to a cohesive, safe, and prosperous Parklands community is replete with political citadels and epitaphs of persons who struggled to leave a mark. The sojourners before us have achieved commendable feats and whilst recognizing their efforts, we acknowledge that we are yet to get to Camelot. We thus find ourselves at a time in history when we must seize the moment and write our names in the sands of time as a community that changed the trajectory of our politics for the better. We are cognizant of two important facts. First, that we may not be able to do systemic reforms as the power wielded by student leaders has some limitations. However, we will relentlessly push for those 'small' things that will improve your experience in Parklands. Secondly, Comrades' needs change from time to time, and our greatest task is to be responsive to these changing needs, by having the willingness to listen and learn. This manifesto presents the creed that will guide Team Kazi.
