What food can I eat?

There are 3 phases to our program:

1- weight loss phase - eating 5 of our fuelings & 1 lean and green meal of choice daily

2. Transition Phase - you slowly take out the fuelings and add healthy food

3. Maintenance Phase - you replace fuelings with healthy food following our guidelines
