Hello I'm Melissa
I am obsessed with health and fitness! My journey with health and fitness wasn't easy and had a lot of challenges. First started about four to five years when I became more aware of the positive effects it had on our emotional and physical well being.
I'm going to give information but I'm not a doctor or fitness trainer but this is what I learned with my body being at 150lbs. Diets and working out does work. But you can't give up in a month,
I love creating a calm and positive environment in my home, cleaning with their non-toxic cleaners, and using the oils in several ways. favorite things are gospel centred podcasts, coffee shop trips and being busy in the kitchen. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions at all!
