Health Is a Lifelong Journey

Hi! I’m Tegen (like Megan, but with a “T”)!
I’m a wife of 3 years, and mum of a 1-year-old named Leo, who is very much living up to the meaning of his name (lion). He takes lots of energy!

Speaking of energy...I had none of it. For most of life, I remember being held back by tiredness. It hindered my university experience (I am a trained classical violist), my personal life (I spent a lot of time in unfocussed daydreaming), and more recently...motherhood! Being a mom took way more energy than I could muster, and I was impatient and angry as a result!

That all changed when I offered my sister-in-law coffee one morning. She was usually drinking 6-7 cups daily! But she replied: “No thanks! My new multivitamin gives me all the energy I need!”

What??? I needed to know more! I found out it’s a simple 3-step nutritional supplement that only takes up the first 15 minutes of my day! Wow! Perfect for a frazzled mama!

Fast forward 8 months, and I have ALL-DAY SUSTAINED ENERGY. In addition, I’ve also dropped ALL my pregnancy weight (40-50 lbs), I sleep way better, my immune system is stronger, my stress is reduced, my mood is way better, my digestion no longer causes me grief, and my appetite/cravings are controlled. I am happy, healthy, and thriving, and find so much peace in knowing that my body is properly fuelled!

A few things happened after I started this incredible system. Firstly, I realized how incredibly connected physical, mental, and spiritual health are!

Secondly, I couldn’t keep it to myself! This system has been so incredibly life-changing that I want to share it with EVERYONE, especially mamas!

Thirdly,, I fell so in love with being a mom, that I knew I needed to find a way to be at home more with Leo. (That’s the great thing about being a musician..it’s so flexible around other things!)

this thriving tribe, to help to change lives in the same way that mine was changed!
